These are huge and suggested for the largest breeds of dogs only. The scale is
in inches, please make sure that this is a good fit for your dogs mouth. These
are great for Danes, Mastiffs, Newfoundlands, St Bernards, Leonbergers, and
Wolf Mix Dogs.
Please check out my store for more antlers, I have elk deer and moose
available, and do custom orders as well. I have custom sizing pieces available
as well. If you are unsure as to what antler your dog make like please feel
free to message me and I can help you choose.
Strategically placing a few of these around my house helps keep my 3 dogs from
chewing on other things – like the couch or my new tennis shoes.
These antlers were found over the last year by myself and my husband. Deer
shed their antlers every year, and once they move to higher ground for summer
we walked in and searched for them on foot.
The primary composition of these naturally shed antlers are Calcium and
Phosphorus. Trace amounts of potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron and zinc.
Antlers have been washed in water and had their edges hand sanded to remove any
sharp edges.
Antlers are a natural product, are unique in their shape, and have natural
flaws. I’ve tried to display a variety of pictures to demonstrate the
uniqueness of the antler. They can range in color from light brown to different
shades of gray and white, depending on how long they’ve been exposed to the sun
and weather. I’ve even found some stained pink from the red clay soil they were
shed in.
Antlers are a great alternative to other “natural” products like bully sticks,
which are a slaughterhouse waste product. Antlers seem to keep their teeth
clean, strong, and healthy and they make no mess.
If you would like a specific color or shape please feel free to email me
before purchasing to make sure I have what you want available.
Reminders: Please make sure that you supervise your pet while introducing them
to any new chew. Make sure to remove your antler chew from your pet before it’s
small enough to be a choking hazard.
