**PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE OF THE MAT IS 12x16" - this size works great for small,
medium and many large size dishes, but not over-sized ones. Be sure to measure

A: We can put more than 1 name, we can generally add up to 3 names maximum.

A: Sorry, we do not offer proofs of our products showing the name in different
fonts, etc.

Q: Can I substitute colours?
A: Usually if it is a simpler design, like chevrons, damask, and patterns we
can change colours, but for more complex designs please ask prior to purchase.

Q: How long does it take to receive it?
A: Delivery time is typically 2-4 weeks, shipping from Ontario, Canada.

A: Absolutely, the artwork from any of our items can be used to make any of
our other products. We offer a very large selection of items in our shop. While
many of our designs can be found in our shop - if you cannot find the matching
